WELCOME TO WEEK 1!
Thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding as we worked through a major technical bug last Monday. For reasons beyond any of our control, Google was not linking up with Moodle, so about half our students had difficulty logging into their classes. Hopefully most of our login issues have been resolved. If you have any questions or needs, please contact your assigned OLA adviser.
The following is a list of grade levels and the staff member assigned as that grade’s adviser:
4th-6th Grade, Mrs. Noonan
7th Grade, Mr. Haddican
8th Grade, Mr. Pace
9th Grade, Mr. Huff
10th Grade, Mrs. Simon
11th Grade, Ms. Moore
12th Grade, Counselor Dave
Unfortunately, the Aleks math program (affecting all grades), and the Edgenuity program (affecting elementary grades) are still being synced with our system. Both companies have tech support personnel working to get us online and working as soon as possible.
*Note that students will NOT be expected to complete any school work in programs that are not working yet (teachers will adjust the semester's work so that students get all necessary lessons, while not being expected to complete work in programs that are still being turned on). On behalf of Aleks and Edgenuity, I apologize for these tech issues and the problems getting these programs synced and operative.
