Welcome to Week 4 of the Fall Semester!

Welcome to the start of Week 4 of the fall semester. Saturday, September 22, 2018 is the autumnal equinox, the first official day of fall.

September 17, 2018 is the U.S. Department of Education's CONSTITUTION DAY & CITIZENSHIP DAY. Although Mr. Huff embeds many lessons about the U.S. Constitution & citizenship within his social studies courses, on this day, OLA staff encourages students and parents to take a moment to learn more about the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights at this link:

This week, core classes will be administering Galileo quizzes, but don't let these little measurements raise your anxiety. The staff uses the data we get from the Galileo quizzing to help us make sure we're covering state curriculum thoroughly, and make sure students are being served properly.

Another quick reminder that this year's COUNT DAY is Wednesday, October 3. It is imperative that students log into classes and work this day. If students cannot login to classes that day, please contact Mr. Wright as soon as possible.

HAVE A GREAT WEEK!
-Mr. Wright
