MVOLA is preparing for spring testing and needs families to confirm student participation.
The CMAS test window is open April 13-23
All students in grades 6, 7, 8, 11
Grades 6 - 8 complete ELA and Math CMAS
Grades 8, and 11 will also complete Science CMAS
PSAT test dates will be April 14, 16, 17, 21, 22, 23, or 23
9th and 10th-grade students only
PSAT will build off CMAS from prior years and prepare students for the SAT
SAT administration will take place on March 14, 2025 (Weekend Administration) Or April 15, 2025, at our school
Only 11th-grade students
Aligned to classroom curriculum in preparation for college and career readiness
Where-Students can take the SAT onsite at our building or take the assessment closer to home (MVOLA will register students for the Weekend Administration)
Test information has been emailed to ALL MVOLA Juniors and their families. Please respond ASAP.
NWEA - MVOLA and DELTA Students will take the NWEA Test the week of March 2nd, 2026
District-level assessment that is required for ALL students (12th grade already completed the required NWEA testing in December)
MVOLA tests in the areas of ELA, Math, and Science
Please complete the form here to let us know your intentions (Juniors complete this form) (Grades 6 - 10 complete this form).
If you choose to opt out, we will need the opt-out form completed and returned to MVOLA asap (The opt-out form can be accessed from the link in the Google form or can be sent electronically after the Google form is received).
Student participation is essential to support school growth and curriculum improvement, with a goal of 90% participation. Families must complete the appropriate Google form to indicate testing plans or submit an opt-out form. Deadlines are February 5, 2025, for juniors and February 9, 2025, for grades 6–10.
