This is Week 16 of the Fall Semester, the term's last week, which means that at 4:01 PM on Thursday, everyone's on WINTER BREAK!
Congratulations to everyone (students, parents, & staff) for your effort this semester! As I look over classes and grades, it makes me very proud to see everyone's growth, achievements, and successes! Thank you!
When we return from break, OLA will mail home report cards, Honor Roll certificates (& other awards), and information about April's state testing (I'll include a reminder about 2021 graduates required proficiency in English & Math, we'll share OLA's spring testing schedule & locations around the state, and I'll explain the process of parent refusals). For graduating seniors, OLA will be mailing home graduation packets (to guide seniors through their last semester in high school!).
Have a great last week of the semester, and please have a safe, joyful Winter Break. We'll see everyone next year (January 8, 2018)!
