All students in Colorado have the opportunity to create a traveling portfolio of documents that will help guide them into their future. Every studen't portfolio or Individual Career and Academic Plan (ICAP) will look different from any other student because as the title indicates it's individualized.
ICAP's are a seven year plan (from sixth through twelfth grades and beyond) to help students plan for college and/or career readiness after high school graduation.
