Welcome to Week 5 of the spring semester! The weather is finally beginning to warm up here in the San Luis Valley, so the mornings are feeling more spring-like than arctic. Hopefully wherever you are in the state (or the world) your weather is turning a seasonal corner and pleasant!
Thursday, Happy Valentine's Day for those who celebrate it.
Lastly, I wanted to mention to everyone that because of personal reasons (mentioned in this week's video), I am in the process of resigning as OLA's director; the job announcement closes this Thursday (we have several outstanding candidates), and soon I will be able to introduce everyone to next year's new program director. I look forward to this process being smooth for students and families, and in the long run I'm looking forward to this transition strengthening both the OLA & DELTA programs.
Have an awesome fifth week of the semester!
-Mr. Wright
