This is a specially designed course to document participation as the Delta Cafe Manager. A student is selected to manage the Delta Cafe, which includes retrieving breakfast from the high school, stocking and re-stocking food items in the appropriate cabinet, keeping the cafe clean and neat, reporting any needed items to the teacher, a specific checklist is provided to the student to track daily. The student's grades depends on the percentage of successful completion of the daily checklist for each week of the semester.
